The siding is "vinyl and final". I wanted to put up would to preserve the heritage of the barn, BUT it was more expensive and it would require upkeep in several years. So the final choice was a medium grade barn red vinyl. It matches the metal roof on the farmhouse next door so I like it. Now my barn is standing on her own four legs wearing a brand new red dress.
